Associate – Accounting & Compliance
Key Skill Sets / Education –
- B.Com / BBA – Accounts Background / Inclination Required
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Accounting & Compliance
- Should have experience in Tally ERP9 and be willing to learn new tools like Zoho / Xero.
- Should have knowledge in MS Office and basic computer knowledge.
Job Responsibilities –
- Understand the Scope of Work and Deliverable for each & every client.
- Coordinate within the team on documents and requirements for the work.
- Handle basic Accounting Entries and Transaction Recording for the client.
- Submit work done periodically for review within the team and learn from errors.
- Do basic workings for statutory matters such as Income Tax, GST, TDS, PF, ESI & PT.
- Do processing for payroll related activities (processing and payslip generation).
- Assist in preparation of periodic MIS and provide inputs to the team on the same.
- Be willing to work closely with the team and support them in work.
Other Details –
- This is a position that is based out of Besant Nagar, Chennai.
- Work from Home is possible, based on Approval, not in the Probation Period.
- Work Timings are 10am to 7pm, with flexibility provided after the Probation Period.
Gross Salary –
- Rs. 17,500 to Rs. 22,000 per month, depending on the candidate.
Associate – Financial Planning & Analysis
Key Skill Sets / Education –
- B.com/BBA Plus CFA(Level 1) or CMA or CWA or MBA.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in Accounts/Finance.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Financial planning & Analysis (Preferred).
- Expert Knowledge in Excel and related tools.
- Experience with forecasting & financial Projections (Preferred).
- Strong Knowledge of MIS templates & deployment.
- Language proficiency – reading & writing in English.
Job Responsibilities –
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support decision-making, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Data Collection and Reporting: Gather, organize, and analyze financial data from various sources to produce accurate and timely financial reports and dashboards.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts, working closely with other departments to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
- Variance Analysis: Analyze budget vs. actual performance and provide explanations for any variances, helping to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Financial Modeling: Build and maintain financial models to assess the impact of various financial scenarios and strategic decisions.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Provide support for ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as requested by senior analysts or management.
- Communication: Clearly communicate financial insights and analysis to team members and stakeholders, both orally and in written reports.
Other Details –

- Rs.32,000 to Rs.37,000 per month, depending on the candidate.
Senior Associate – Accounting & Compliance
Key Skill Sets / Education –
- B.Com, MBA, Semi Qualified CA, CMA (Education Completed).
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience in Accounting & Compliance.
- Should have solid experience in Tally ERP9 and be willing to learn new tools.
- Should have knowledge in MS Office and basic computer knowledge.
Job Responsibilities –
- Understand the Scope of Work and Deliverable for each & every client.
- Coordinate within the team on documents and requirements for the work.
- Handle the clients (end to end) from document request to final delivery of work.
- Take care of Monthly Accounting & Compliance Activities of the clients.
- Review the Books of accounts and support them in case of any discrepancies.
- Handle statutory related matters such as Income Tax, GST, TDS, PF, ESI & PT.
- Handle payroll related activities, including payroll processing.
- Coordinate with the Auditors for year end audit & Tax filing.
- Prepare MIS on a regular basis and have a discussion with the client in this regard.
- Be willing to work closely with the team and support them in work.
Other Details –
- This is a position that is based out of Besant Nagar, Chennai.
- Work from Home is possible, based on Approval, not in the Probation Period.
- Work Timings are 10am to 7pm, with flexibility provided after the Probation Period.
Gross Salary –
- Rs. 5.2L per annum, depending on the candidate.
